Ryd Comics - Guido Maione

Born in Naples, Italy on May 13, 1989, I currently  reside in Florence, Italy. 

After graduating from art school, I honed my skills as a comic book artist through self-study, immediately starting to work as a freelance illustrator on  platforms like Etsy and Fiverr. 

For several years, I have been actively collaborating with Andrea Pinto and  the Artsteady studio, creating commissioned comic book projects. My work  ranges from complete comic book pages, both as a "ghost artist" and for film agencies (used for advertising purposes or as storyboards for short films), to custom projects for individuals. 

I have developed a particular specialization in using pencils and ink, recently adding digital coloring to my repertoire, despite being colorblind. I primarily  work digitally, using software such as Clip Studio Paint and Photoshop. 

I am very active on social media, with a community of over 15,000 followers  on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, where I share my work and creative process.
